Box 60340 <br />Grand Junction, Colorado <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />81506 <br /> <br />We request that the Grand Junction office of the Bureau of <br />Reclamation continue to coordinate this project with Mr. K. Don <br />Thompson, CDOH District Utility Engineer, to obtain all utility <br />permits necessary for this project and which would allow work in <br />CDOH highway rights of way. <br /> <br />We also request an opportunity to review the preliminary plans in <br />the area west of Clifton and north of 1-70 prior to construction <br />and particularly if the Stubb ditch is to be relocated north of <br />1-70 in this area (page five of EA). In the meantime, we request <br />a clarification of this ditch relocation information in the Final <br />Environmental Assessment/Finding of No Significant Impact. <br /> <br />We appreciate the opportunity to review this project at this <br />time. <br /> <br />Very truly yours, <br /> <br />R.
