Weather Bureau or <br />other appropriate ag.ncy, of evaporation station. at Elephant Butte <br />Re.ervoir and at or near each major re.ervoir in the Rio Grande Ba.in <br />within Colorado con.tructed after 1937 and in New Mexico con.tructed <br />after 1929. The net 10.. by .vaporation from a re.ervoir .urface <br />.hall be taken a. the difference between the actual evaporation 10.. <br />and the eTapo-tran.piration lo..e. which would have ooourred naturally, <br />prior to the oon.truction of .uch re.ervoir.
