S. Water Plan program, The investigations <br /> <br />will be conducted in accordance with the multi-objective planning procedures <br /> <br />proposed by the Water Resource Council. <br /> <br />Formulation of the state Water plan will be accomplished jointly <br /> <br />by the Colorado Water Conservation Board and the Bureau of Reclamation <br /> <br />throu:;h its three Regtonal Offices at Denver, Colorado, Salt Lake City, Utah, <br /> <br />and Amarillo, Texas.
