<br />(h) All workl-l cou:-;truded under nutbority of this Act, and all officers, em-

<br />State of Colorado acting pursunnt thereto, and all users ond appropriators. of

<br />thereto shall observe nnd be subject to Raid compacts, statutes, and tre-aty, HS

<br />law whet bel' or not set out or referred to in the instrument evidencing such

<br />available to the States of Arizona, Cnlifornia, COlOI'lHlo, Nevada, New Mexico,
<br />Utah, aud Wyoming and the users of water therein or thereunder hy way of
<br />suit, dl:'fense, or otherwise in finy litigation respE'Cting the waters of the Colo-
<br />rado River sy!;teru.
<br />(e) None of the waters of the Coloratlo River system shall he exported from
<br />the natural ba!;in of that system by means of works constructed under authority
<br />of tbis Act. or extensions and enlargements of :-;nch worl;:s, to the Arkansas
<br />River Basin for consumpth'e use outside of tbe State of Colorado. ant! no such

<br />Acl. the Boulller CauY1.11I Pruject AdjustIlJt'ut' Ad, the Culorllllo River Storage
<br />Project Act, or the Mexican Water Trl;'3ty or tiabject the United States to, or
<br />approve or disapprove any interpretntion of, said compacts, status, or treaty,
<br />anything in this Act to the contrary notwithstanding.
<br />(e) In the operation and maintenanee of all facilities under the jurislliction
<br />nnd supervision of the !;eeret:uy of the Interior authorized by this Act, the
<br />Secretary of the Interior is dirl:'cted t" comply with the applicahle pro\"isions
<br />of the Colorado River compact, the Upper C(Jlorndo River Basin cump:ll't, the
<br />BoulcJer Canyon Project Act. the TIoulder CnllY111l Projcc:t Adjn~tlJlent A('t. the
<br />Colorad<.l Rh.er Sturage Project Act (and any contrnct lawfully f'ntered into
<br />by the United States under any of said Acts). the treaty with the UnitNJ :\Ipxican
<br />Stnte~. and the o}Jt>rnting principles, and to comply witb the laws of the State
<br />of Colorado relnting to the control, UPI)ropriation, use, and distribution of water
