ing to accelerate them as best we can. We could perhaps render an
interim l'cl)ort 011 what we h:lve u\"uilable, but we are dut-yuounu to
render a. complete report filld we are working on it as fast us funds
and circumstances will permit and we will at the right time produce
a report which 1 think will an,wer the questions thllt many of the peo-
ple, including those in the higher basin, have raised.
I think these are quite proper questions. I want t.he CongreSSlI1an
to know that we are concerned. about them and that we are directing
our Ilttention to the problem.
