RECORDS OF DELIVERIES AND RELEASES

At the annual meeting of the Compact Commission on April 2, 1987, the records of deliveries and
relea$es for calendar year 1906 were reported. The records and computations as approved by the
Commission are reproduced on the next three pages. Actual spill of usable water from Project
Storage occurred March 3, 1986. The Elephant Butte Recreation Pool, which consisted of San
Juan/Chama Project water, spilled subsequent to July 30, 1986.
The delivery of water in the Rio Grande at the Colorado-New Mexico State line was obtained from
the record of streamflow near Lobatos, Colorado; the scheduled delivery was computed as prescribed
in Article III.

The delivery of water by New Mexico to Elephant Butte was
streamflow below Elephant Butte Dam and the record of operation of
scheduled delivery was computed as prescribed in the Resolution of
Ninth Annual Meeting held February 22-24, 1948, and published in this
