The report summarizes the
work done in the last several months for: (1) A demand
forecasting plan for each parcel of irrigated land in the
Norwood-Redvale area. (2) Development of an operating plan for
the Gurley and Lone Cone irrigation systems and (3) A water
maIketing mechanism to facilitate the exchange of water between
irrigators. At the end of the
1990 iIrigation season. In addition.
a one-half day workshop will be held at Boyle's office next
fall to provide training in the use of the reservoir operating
plan to a limited number of persons from the Gurley and Lone
Cone companies. The supplemental report and the workshop will
conclude the work Boyle is conducting under contract for the
Colorado Water Conservation Board on the San Miguel Study.

WEG/bj

2734E*
