In the first draft of this report streamflow data were presented and <br />summarized for eaoh of the five periods before Caddoa, .35 Years 1908-1942, 6 Flood <br />years, 29 other years, Median year 00-42 and 17 Years 1925-194J. and oompared with <br />the 4 Years 194.3-1946 after Caddoa. Accretion data were treated in a similar <br />manner for the .35 years, the 6-f100d years, the 29-other years and the 17-years, <br />as Well as the 4-years atter Caddoa., Diversion data, however, were presented <br />in a manner which compared the ","year period 194.3-1946 with the 35 year period <br />1908-19429nlY..
