S. Water Resources Council includes membere from the <br />Departments of Agriculture, Army, Commerce, Housing and Urban Devel- <br />opment, Interior, and Transportation, and members from the Environ- <br />mental Protection Agency and Federal Power Commission. The Water <br />Resources Council has designated a National Assessment Committee, <br />with representation from the same agencies and from the Office of <br />.Management and Budget, to recommend guidelines and procedures for <br />performance of the 1975 Water Assessment.
