<br />, <br /> <br />, <br /> <br />'":J <br /> <br />.... <br />CJl RESOLUTION OF THE ARKANSAS RIVER COMPACT ADMINISTRATION <br />1'\) <br />O':l <br /> <br />The Annual Reports of the Operations Secretary for the years 1994 and 1996 are accepted subject <br /> <br />to inserting the following footnote below the tables showing Colorado Augmentation deliveries: <br /> <br />I) The State of Kansas reserves its objections a) to the manner in which Kansas release <br /> <br />water and Colorado augmentation water have been accounted at the Stateline, b) to the <br /> <br />usability of the augmentation deliveries, and c) to the acceptability of the sources of <br /> <br />aU/,'Illentation water. <br /> <br />2) The State of Colorado acknowledges the Kansas objections and a/,'fees to work toward <br /> <br />an accounting acceptable to Kansas in this area. <br /> <br />3) Acceptance of this report is without prejudice for either state to endorse a new or different <br /> <br />accounting procedure in future years, <br /> <br />Adopted by the Arkansas River Compact Administration at its Annual Meeting on December 10, <br />1996, <br /> <br />4~~ <br />
