Farm <br /> <br />~ <br /> <br />land on Harvey Mesa under the Harvey Gap Reservoir with an average <br /> <br />water right is valued in normal times at from 50 to 70 dollars per acre. <br /> <br />The land above the Harvey Gap Reservoir is valued at from 20 to 40 <br /> <br />dollars per acre.
