The report must identify waters in Colorado <br /> <br />which cannot meet water quality standards or are not meeting designated <br /> <br />beneficial uses due to pollution from nonpoint sources, and the type of <br /> <br />nonpoint activity or specific source which causes this problem. The report <br /> <br />must also identify programs and sources of funding for programmatic solutions. <br /> <br />-31- <br />
