Rat-es and schedules from Division 5"
Engineer. Releases to compensate for
out-of-priority depletions attributed to
reservoir evaporation were assumed necessary
when the adjusted historic discharge at Dotsero
[Col. 3] fell below a senior power demand rate.
Releases from Dillon Reservoir would b<e
triggered by a flow at Dotsero of less than
2,792 af/day (1,408 cfst. All other reservoil"tS
w.ere impacted only by a Dotsero flow of less
than 2,479 af/day (1,250 cfs). Because
reservoir evaporation was not administered in
1977-78, these depletions occurred to the river
system and were not replaced by appropriate
releases.
