introduce myself. I am Colonel Doyle. I'm the Area Engin.er

of the Loa Angel.s District of the U. S. Army Corp. of

Engineers looated in Phoenix, Arilona. Th. purpose of this

3tudy is to determine the best flood control operation for

Hoover Dam. Since thi. study 18 a joint effort of both the

Dureau of Reclamation and the U. S. Army Corps of Engineers,
