<br />Other Social Effects <br /> <br />w <br />..... <br />w <br />r..) <br /> <br />This account emphasizes and compares by alternative the beneficial and adverse <br />effects of the distribution of real income and other social opportunities. <br />The table shows income class distribution along with the distribution of <br />benefits and expenses anticipated to occur in the study area. A descriptive <br />qualitative interpretation of life, health and safety is also stated. <br /> <br />Environmental Quality Account <br /> <br />This table compares each alternative as to the acrps treated and the anticipated <br />effects that will occur. Beneficial and adverse effects that change the <br />quality of life are stated. A quantitative to qualitative analysis was made <br />on the environmental factors identified as having an impact. Impact changes <br />that surfaced include Io'ater quantity, water quality and wetlands. Also, it <br />~as found that there are no sites on the National Register of Historic Places <br />which will be altered.
