RULES AND RmULATIOIIS . (1) Application for transfer of water allotment shall be made on the form furnished by the District for the purposes above defined. (2) Application for Transfer of Allotment =1'. be joilled in by all owners of and lien holders aga1Ilst: (a) The land from vhich an allotment, or portion thereof, is sought to pe removed, and (b) The lands to vhich it is requested that the 'allotment, or portion of allotment, be transferred. (c) The signatures of all applicants shall be ackno'Wledged. (3) The Application shall sholl: (a) T'ne legal description of the lands to 'Which the allotmellt and lien is attached and from 'Which the same is, in 'Whole or in part, to be removed, and (b) The legal description of the lands to which the allot~ent, or any part thereof, is to be transferred. . (c) Lien holders, by signing said Application, must release or subordinate as the case may be, their interest in the allotment and the assessment lien for said a11ot:rents. 4
