DEAR MR. PRESIDENT: My report on a plan of development for Ruedi
Dam und Reservoir, Colo., is submit.ted herewith in accordance with
the Reclamation Project Act of 1(l39. It is a supplement to the report
on t.he Fryingpan-Al'kansas project which was printed as lIollse Doc-
ument 187, 83d COllO"ress. Ruedi Dam and Reservoir is proposed as a
substitute for Aspe~ Dam and Reservoir which was originally pro-
posed as a feature of the Fl'yingpan..Arkansas project.
