One waler policy issue can affect or be <br />affected by other water poliCY issues_ A parti- <br />cularly significant relationship exists between <br />this study and the Ground Water Reservoir <br />Management Study. Significant relationships <br />also were identified between this study and the <br />Instream Flow Study. the Water Quality Study. the <br />Water Use Efficiency Study. the Municipal Water <br />Needs Study. the Supplemental Water Supplies <br />Study, and with several of the issues listed as part <br />of the Selected Water Rights Issues Study in. <br />eluding Drainage of Diffused Surface Waler. <br />Preterence in the Use of Waler, Beneficial Use, <br />and Interstate Water Uses and Conflicts, The <br />interrelationships identified clearly illustrate the <br />unity 01 the hydrologic cycle and the limitations <br />encountered in focusing on only one part of that <br />cycle. <br /> <br />IX <br /> <br />-- <br />
