The meetings consisted of a field trip to the Cimarron River Valley in New Mexico, and a tour of the
Stennis Space Center in Mississippi, Both meetings were scheduled and coordinated by the
Administrative Committee in cooperation "ith the AWRBIAC member representing the host states, The
delails of each meeting were recorded in the minutes which were distributed to the members, participants,
and other interested individuals, Special presentations, standing committee reports, five-minute reports
on current activities of the state and federal 'agencies, and other pertinent documents were summarized in

ADMINISTRA TIVE COMMITTEE

The Administrative Committee met as part of the 138th and 139th meetings of A WRBIAC. The
Committee fonnulated the meeting agendas, selected meeting sites, reviewed correspondence and
responded to other related A WRBIAC inquires, Two Resolutions were adopted and a Recognition of
Service was acknowledged. Minules of each Administrative Committee meeting were recorded and
distributed with the Main Commiuec minutes to lhe members, participants and other interested
individuals,

STANDING COMMITTEES

The Arkansas, White and Red River Basin Planning Committees held concurrent meetings as a part of the
138th and 1391h A WRBIAC meetings. The chairs of each committee reported their activities at the Main
Committee meeting, Standing Committee reports are summarized in more detail in Ihe minutes of the
Main Committee meeting,
