Future Issues of this <br />newsletter will eI8bor*8 on each committee's work. <br /> <br />" <br />,'., <br />.;;t! <br />~, <br /> <br />WHAT ARE THE COIIII'SS'ON'S TASKS? <br /> <br />The Commlulon ha developed and begun implementing a Work Plan to meet Its statutOI}' obligations. <br />Generally, the Work Plan addresses the nature, extent and cao It.. of vIslbIlIty lmpalrment In the Golden <br />Circle; projected visibility changes in the future under current requirements; and alternative mechanisms for <br />altering those projections. <br /> <br />While the Work Plan will be a dynamic document, revised to meet the changing needs and accomplishments <br />of the CommlMlon, It now contains a comprehensive list of projects. In addition to ba8lc planning funcllons, <br />the Work Plan calls for the Technical Committee's assesament of future vl8ibIIIty concIItIons for an array of <br />emission management scenarios Identifled by the A1t8mllliveS ~ Commiltee.
