This <br /> <br />phase will also present alternative plans for full utilization of <br /> <br />the state's water resources and evaluate the projected plans in <br /> <br />terms of impact on state, regional and national economy, enhance' <br /> <br />ment of the social well-being and quality of environment, and <br /> <br />improvement in water management and practices. <br /> <br />The report on the Colorado State Water Plan is scheduled <br /> <br />to be completed in fiscal year 1974. <br /> <br />DESCRIPTION OF WORK ITEMS <br /> <br />PHASE I <br /> <br />Biblioqraphy and Inventory of Available Data <br /> <br />This part of the study will consist of the assembly of <br /> <br />all available data relevant to the determination of the potential <br /> <br />development of the state's water and related land resources.
