Recreational and fishery components will be combined with structural

alternative plans for future water management and development in the ba-

~ PUBLIC INVOLVEMENT PROGRAM

As part of the study, a program has been implemented to solicit input
from local water interests, natural resources agencies, and environmental
groups. This public involvement program will be guided by three objec-
tives:

. To inform and educate the public as to project purpose, need.
impacts, and benefits;

. To aecurately refleet the values and concerns of all water inter-
ests; and

. To assure that public and resource agency input is integrated with
technical data into the overall decision-making proeess.
