<br />west quarter line of section 34, whence the west quarter corner of section bears
<br />westerly 15 feet; thence S 00 16' E, parallel to the west line S~ section 34,
<br />2,636.04 feet to the endpoint of Parcel OP-23 PE on the south line os section
<br />34, whence the SW corner of section 34 bears N 900 W, 15 feet. The side lines
<br />of Parcel OP-23 PE may be lengthened or shortened to be 301 feet north of the
<br />south line of section 3 and or meet the south line of section 34. Parcel OP-
<br />23 PE contains 17.14 acres, more or less, and includes portions of Parcel 4-
