<br />A strip of land 80 feet wide having a uniform width of 40 feet as measured at
<br />right angles from and on each side of the following described centerline:
<br />Beginning at a point on the east line of Parcel SW-127 PE, described in this
<br />schedule, whence the SE corner of Parcel SW-127 PE bears S 00 01' 1411 W, along
<br />the east line of Parcel SW-127 PE, 201.41 feet; thence N 470 27' SO" E, 1,974.75
<br />feet to the endpoint of Parcel 2130-1 PE on the west line of Parcel 4-PE,
<br />described in this schedule. The sidelines of Parcel 2130-1 PE may be lengthened
<br />or shortened to meet the east and north lines of Parcel SW-127 PE and or the west

<br />quarter corner and the section corner common to section 13, 14, 23, and 24, as
<br />shown also on said plat, 210 feet; thence N 880 46' W, 210 feet; thence N 10 14'
<br />E, 210 feet; thence S 880 46' E, 210 feet to the true point and place of
<br />beginning. farcel SW-131 FE contains 1.01 acres, more or less.

<br />N., R. 10 E., NMPM, COlorado, dated October 4, 1984, whence said common section
<br />corner bears N 83017' 51" W, along said section line 905.06 feet; thence
<br />continuing along the centerline of Parcel 2160 PE S 640 36' 04" W, 1,013.26 feet
<br />to the endpoint of Parcel 2160 PE on the east line of Parcel SW-132 PE, described
<br />in this schedule, whence said common section corner bears N 10 44' 37" E, along
<br />the section line between the quarter corner between sections 22 and 23 and said
<br />common section corner, 540.70 feet. The sidelines of Parcel 2160 PE may be
<br />lengthened or shortened to meet the west and south lines of Parcel SW-131 PE and
<br />or the east line of Parcel SW-132 PE. Parcel 2160 PE contains 10.48 acres, more
