1973 flows and the index flows are 93% for this same period, the

usable stateline flows declined to 60% for these same periods,

supply have contributed to the decline in usable stateline flows,

is to compare the slopes of the double-mass diagrams from

different periods, Table 12 presents the calculated slopes for

selected diagrams of annual and five-year running averages,
