This draft was reviewed at the September 21 TSG meeting.
A second draft was prepared incorporating the review comments and circulated to the TSG.
We have exceeded our budget for Task 7by $2,867.60 as of the end of September. There will
be minor additional charges to Task 7 for the first two days of October associated with final
revisions and mailing of the second draft. There is a total of.$3,667.93 unused of the Task 3
and 5 budgets. I suggest we reallocate this to Tasks 1 and 7. ? "/

In Task 9 we have developed a scope of work and have commenced work on certain; ~ ~ A ~ I
aspects of the Task relating to inflow hydrology and reservoir sizing. fr^' vM'? ~~~

In Task 10 we have pursued information gathering efforts aimed at refining our _ ~,~ . . n,j ~ .
construction cost estimates and developing a detailed implementation schedule. ~ 6ffI ~

In Task II we have continued work on preparation of the draft project report. All
existing Task Memoranda have been reformatted into prelimInary report chapters. Editing of
Chapter 2 of the report, addressing water demands, is complete and later chapters are in
progress.

Let me know if you have any questions or comments on our draft report.

/

cc: Sue Uppendahl

Bob Norman

Hydrosphere Resource Consultants 1002 Walnut Suite 200 Boulder, Colorado 80302

1.:\P'lOJeCTS\166\TA$~1\lJI'lT'nEOCRE"'"",O' DeTOlIEA S. 19922:16 PM PR'Nno: 0.'....
