northern pc~t of the stQte, that this is the most wonderful

move, even from c~r standpoint, that is possible. We have

resources, which it is necessary to bring over the mountains

and into the vouthlond for the development of the country

here where YC'll people live. We can use [>. great deal of

that power ond naturQl resources which we have, but which

we must share with you, but we have use fOl' the upbuilding

of a mighty empire in the San Joaquin Volley. By the

organization of this work which is put forward on the

Colorado River, you in these southern counties can be

supplied with the necess~ry power which nvw nobody gets.
