(Quantities based on preliminary <br /> <br /> <br />engineer's estimate.) The relocation will require approximately <br /> <br /> <br />130 acres of right-of-way. This 130 acres will be included <br /> <br /> <br />in the approximately 8,000 acres of right-of-way to be acquired <br /> <br /> <br />for Twin Lakes and Mt. Elbert Forebay. <br /> <br />Most of the buildings, improvements and 01" city waste dump <br /> <br /> <br />areas remaining after right-of-way purchases will be removed. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />Sangre de Cristo Electric Association's distribution powerlines <br />and Mountain Bell Telephone Company's telephone lines which <br />serve customers both wi thin, north and west of the reservoir <br />boundary, will require relocation to accommodate the new Twin <br />Lakes Reservoir. <br /> <br />Commercial enterprises developed within the reservoir vicinity <br /> <br /> <br />to be displaced by the Project are limited to the Twin Lakes <br /> <br /> <br />Lodge, Hennessey Camp Ground, Parkin's Trailer Court, the Mack- <br /> <br /> <br />inaw Cabins, "Modren" Cabins, .:1 boat shop and two service sta- <br /> <br /> <br />tions. The Twin Lakes Lodge and the Hennessey Camp Ground both <br /> <br /> <br />have mobile home parks, fishing cottapes <md a boat rental, <br /> <br /> <br />while the lodge also has a rest:1urant, general store and sou- <br /> <br /> <br />venir shop, Permanent residents to be displaced by the Project <br /> <br />. <br />
