The EA and FONSI complete an <br />environmental review of a proposal to conduct a controlled draw down of Morrow Point <br />Reservoir to clean the Power Plant's inlet trash racks, <br /> <br />The EA evaluated no action and proposed action alternatives, Reclamation has selected the <br />proposed action, and the reservoir draw down is scheduled to begin in early August 2002.
