Annual benefits attributable to the project are $107.100 and <br /> <br /> <br />virtually all of the local flood protection needs for the Holly area <br /> <br /> <br />would be met. None of the other needs in the area would be met. <br /> <br />EFFECTS OF THE SELECTED PLAN <br />ARCHAEOLOGICAL SITES. During the Spdng of 1974, the Museum <br />Technology/Anthropology Department of Trinidad State Junior College <br />conducted a survey of the archaeological resources in the areas to <br />be occupied by the local flood protection project, The recommendation <br />of the survey is: llBecause of the paucity of artifacts and the eve- <br />dent absence of any archaeological features on or near the surface, <br />it is recommended that no further archaeological work be undertaken <br />in the vicinity of the Holly flood protection project.
