No. CH-12 <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />The Trail West Lodge is owned and operated by Young Life Inc. <br />which is a non-profit organization located in Colorado Springs. <br />The administrator of the lodge is Bob Flowers with Marty Boehm <br />acting as the property superintendent and George Chisman as <br />the caretaker. The lodge is located 3.8 miles west of Buena <br />Vista and is only operated during the summer months. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />The sewage treatment facilities consist of two facultative aerated <br />lagoons. The design population is 250 with an estimated flow of <br />25,000 gpd and a BOD loading of 58 1bs per day.
