No. LK-11 <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />The Sylvan Lakes Subdivision is managed by Stanley Hogan and <br />is located approximately 6.5 miles north of Leadville. The <br />subdivision will have 180 homes when fully developed. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />The sewage treatment system consists of a biological package <br />treatment plant with a flow equalization tank. It is expected <br />that only one or two homes will be on line this winter (1974-75). <br />The present plan includes two or three of these packagi plants <br />and eventually a large plant to treat all the sewage from the <br />subdivision.
