COMPILED FOR NATIONAL WATER ASSESSMENT

A tabulation of the comments received by the Water Resources Board concerning
the data compiled for the National Water Assessment is included below.
Immediately following the tabulation is an explanation of the disposition of
comments.

The data compiled for the National Water Assessment were transmitted to various
state and federal agency representatives by~etter of March 29, 1976. Recipients
were requested to review and co~ent on the data, and it was suggested that the
material could be made available to any other individuals or agencies who might
be interested. Comments or suggestions Were requested to be forwarded to the
Kansas Water Resources Board office on or before April 30, 1976. The tabulation
which follows covers all comments received through May 25, 1976.
