The exchange of direct flow diversions at the headgate of the <br />Colorado Canal for diversions to storage at Pueblo Reservoir <br />decreed herein will not affect the limitations on transmountain <br />diversions by the Twin Lakes Reservoir and Canal Company. <br /> <br />25. <br /> <br />Pursuant to existing contracts and decrees between the Amity and <br />the Fort Lyon, the Amity is obligated to provide to the Fort Lyon <br />a "quantity of water" out of Queen Reservoir. The Amity and Fort <br />Lyon agree that, to the extent Amity stores water, the "quantity <br />of water" will be provided out of Amity's winter stored water at <br />the oullet works of Queen Reservoir. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />26.
