The remaining stations <br />below these reservoirs were adjusted to essentially unregulated conditions <br />by regression with the records of the adjusted stations. (3) Station records <br />for the main stem of Arkansas River below Great Bend were considered to <br />have not been appreciably affected by nearby regulation or by the operation <br />of John Martin Reservoir in Colorado. Users concerned with present and <br />future development below existing or proposed reservoirs should make al- <br />lowance for the specific regulation procedures. <br />
