Sierra/Misco's unique <br />approach to project management is to form a 'partnership' with the <br />customer. Working together as one team promotes the kind of mutual <br />commitment and relationship for a winning effort. Our experience with more <br />than 80 Enhanced ALERT Systems worldnwide has shown that when the customer <br />is included in every step of the project, system success is assured. <br /> <br />The project team proposed is lead by a project manager designated by the <br />customer.
