.

.

.

003;)38

The Model 5252 can also be pre-programed to selectively retransmit data
messages. A list of valid remote station identification numbers can be
programed into the repeater. Only data messages from these stations will be
retransmitted. This allows the data network manager to have even greater
control over the number and type of messages to be retransmitted.

Repeater status messages are periodically transmitted by the 5252. At
preprogramed intervals, the 5252 checks the status of its battery and sends
a message to the base station. The 5252 also sends a message indicating the
total amount of radio traffic of all types (e.g. noise plus data) received.
These two parameters help the network manager detect potential
battery-related problems and potential radio interference problems at the
repeater site.

Model 5252 Specifications
Size' 8 in. dia.
Weight: 8.3 Ibs without battery
Antenna connector - Single Frequency: ENe Female
Two Frequency.
