The principal features of the
main aqueduct comprise paved roads, graded patrol roads, tunnels,
canals, cut-and-cover conduits, inverted siphons, Gene and Copper
Basin dams and reservoirs, five pumping plants, a 230-kv trans-
misssion line to deliver Boulder energy to the pumping plants and
camps, and a telephone system covering the entire project.

Construction
The construction of all main aqueduct features was completed
prior to July 1, 1941 as detailed in previous reports. The follow-
ing tables 6 to 10 are repeated from the second annual report
with the construction costs revised to June 30, 1942 to give effect
to deferred credits or charges and provide data on the final costs
of tunnels, canals, cut-and-cover conduits, and siphons.

I"'~I
l,.!:O';' 1'tl;:1
~m'U""'''r-~ \ ...~ t~-~:~: ~~:::~<:---"I.l'--- ---~------~It
_i"'o.~....nt_.
