Col. James B. La~pert, Chairman, requested the Federal Security <br />Agency to form a \lori, group consisting 0'- rleolgnatccl representatives <br />of any State cr Federal agency which is a member of the Hydrologic <br />Subcorr~-ittee and which is interested in this activity. The work group <br />was given the task of preparing and presenting a tentative report on <br />QualIty of Water in the Arkansas, 1-1hite, and Red River Basins. The <br />Federal Security Agency desienated ~~. J. A.
