RESOLUTION
CONCERNING A
WINTER STORAGE ACCOUNT
FOR THE
HIGHLAND IRRIGATION COMPANY
AND NINEMILE DITCH COMPANY
IN
JOHN MARTIN RESERVOIR

WHEREAS, Ihe Arkansas River Compacl Administration has adopted
a I'Resolution Concerning an Operating Plan for John Martin Reservoir"
lOperating Plan), which resolution was entered April 24, 1980; and
WHEREAS, said resolution provides for accounts for Colorado ditches
for the storage of winter irrigation water in John Martin Reservoir; and
WHEREAS, the Highland frrigation Company (Highland) and
Ninemile Ditch Company (Ninemlle), Colorado, wish 10 establish a
similar account in John Martin Reservoir for the storage of winter
irrigation water from the Purgatoire River.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Administration
hereby grants a single account for Highland and Ninemile in John Martin
Reservoir subject to the following terms and conditions:
