<br />PUBLIC HEARING <br />DRAFT ENVIRON}IENTAL STATEMENT <br />DOLORES PROJECT <br />DECEMBER 4, 1976 <br />CORTEZ, COLORADO <br /> <br />we invite everyone attending the hearing to register with the <br /> <br />re~eptionist at the rear of the room. If you wish to present an <br /> <br />oral statement and have' not previously given anv notification, please <br /> <br />ask the receptionist for a special registration card to be given to <br /> <br />the hearing officer. Each speaker will be given no more than 10 minutes <br /> <br />in which to make his presentation, but the hearing officer mav allow <br /> <br />anyone to have additional speaking time after all other persons have <br /> <br />been heard. <br /> <br />All testimony or written statements presented here will become a part <br /> <br />of the official record of the hearing, but the entire record will not <br /> <br />be included in the final environmental statement. The testimony and <br /> <br />written statements will be summarized in the final statement, and <br /> <br />appropriate responses will be made for significant issues. <br /> <br />If you wish to have specific comments appear ~n their entirety in the <br /> <br />final environmental statement, please submit them in writing by <br /> <br />December 20, 1976, to: <br /> <br />David L.
