A water budget is attached which presents historic (1947-1961) water supplies and projected future supplies with the Two Forks Reservoir. PROJECT COSTS Construction, operation, maintenance and replacement costs at July 1964 price levels were estimated using USER procedures approved for reconnais- sance estimates. Required rights-of-way owned by the Government have been withdrawn from entry and were assumed available without cost. The City of Denver has acquired a considerable amount of the privately owned lands in Two Forks Reservoir in anticipation of her needs for the reservoir. This right-of-way and other privately owned rights-of-way were evaluated at equal unit rates in the estimate. It is anticipated that this land would be deeded to the Government in the event of Government construction of the project and that the M&I debt would be reduced accordingly.
