OODOJ8

...

Systems Concepts of Colorado Inc

5595 Arapahoe Avenue Suite G
PO Box 317\
Boulder Colorado 80307
3034478352

February 20, 1987

Mr. Dan Bunting
Flood Plain Administrator
Regional Building Department
101 West costilla
Colorado Springs, CO 80903

Dear Dan:

I am pleased to submit the attached proposal for your
consideration. I have included two options for your review. The
first is a polled/event driven ALERT system capable of expansion
to include monitoring and control of other resources. The second
option is a more traditional event driven ALERT system. Both
proposals include complete system installation and related
services. We thought it premature for us to choose one type of
system over the other since the long term philosophy of system
opera t ion clearly should rest with the government agencies
involved. The polled/event option provides a multi-purpose
system, the other would be constrained to ALERT monitoring.
Since we have no allegiance to any manufacturer we are in the
unique position of providing the optimum solution for your
region.

I would appreciate the opportunity to discuss our proposal,
philosophies, and our history of success with your technical
evaluation committee. The design and integration of your system
is not something we take lightly. SCC has the people and
experience to successfully implement this essential system in a
timely manner.

I look forward to hearing from you, If you have any questions or
if I can be of further service please feel free to call me at
447-8352.

enclosure
