The interest cost during <br />construction would be $6.6 million. <br />The annual cosls for operation, main- <br />tenance, and replacement would be <br />$97.000. <br /> <br />Impacts <br /> <br />The investment required would total <br />nearly $23 million in construction <br />costs and interesl during construc- <br />tion. The net economic benefit would <br />be -$11 million, <br /> <br />The estimated impact on water qual- <br />ity would represent a small positive <br />change from existing conditions.
