Section 204 of the <br /> <br />Act established a Colorado River Basin Salinity Control Ad- <br /> <br />visory Council. A Charter for the Council was originally <br /> <br /> <br />approved by the Secretaries of the Interior and Agriculture <br /> <br /> <br />and the Administrator o.f the Environmental Protection Agency <br /> <br /> <br />on February 6, 1976, and revised on J~ne 2~, 1976 and <br /> <br /> <br />subsequently renewed in 1978, 1980, 1982, and OctoberS, <br /> <br />1984. <br /> <br />~he Council is comprised of up to three members, <br /> <br />appointed by the Governor, from each of the seven CQlorado <br />River Basin states. The current membership is shown on <br /> <br />Attachment A. During 1985, David Robbins, Colorado, served <br /> <br />as Council Chairman and Myron Holburt, California, as Vice <br /> <br />Chairman. The permanent Work Group of the Colorado River <br />Basin Salinity Control Forum continues to serve the Council <br />in the capacity of a technical review and study team. Ernest <br />M.
