And it's the case of how <br /> <br />the water is let out periodically down the River at the <br /> <br />present time, is that there's many a day goes by that we can <br /> <br />go in the River in front of my property and there'll be at <br /> <br />least six (6) to eight (8) feet down on the tide and then <br /> <br />another hour or two later it'll be clear up and my property <br /> <br />is pretty wide at that point of the River, so it's got to be <br /> <br />a lot of water coming down. A lot of change in flow of <br /> <br />wa ter . <br /> <br />MR. FREENY: The general -- the reason for <br /> <br />ch.ange::; in ~Iater level at the dam are because of power needs. <br /> <br />Parker's used aa a peaking plant in order to try and conserve <br /> <br />the amount of oil that's used. That's the reason that you <br /> <br />get that variance between one part of the day and another <br /> <br />part of the day.
