I inquired about Federal disaster flood

insurance in case that thousand years happens next month.

But I was told that I could not get a flood insurance to

cover this due to the fact that it would be a government

controlled regulatory flow and that a private policy would

.

not payoff. And they use what we call hundred year

overflow on the curves and in there if your property is

located within the hundred year floodplain then there are

certain rates. And I'm not familiar with this because this

is handled through the Federal Insurance Administration, okay

So I'm not the expert on it. And then, of course, it's very

the government subsidizes this insurance. I think it comes

out very inexpensive, something like eighty-five cents ($.85)

a thousand ($1,000.00) or something like that, or a hundred

($100.00). I don't recall, but there isn't any stipulation

that I'm aware of and I've dealt with the Federal Insurance

':"Iit-'..-

II 1'1 II 1\ t'H:<
