It's essentially a linear function --

MR. BRANTINGlUU4: Okay, can we --

HR. FREENY: -- with river mouths.

MR. BRANTINGIIAN: Can we jump up five (5)

miles and tell us what the difference will be at that point?'

MR. FREENY: Twenty-eight thousand (28,000)

would be about two (2) feet higher five miles upstream,

MR. BRANTINGIIAM: Five (5) miles up.

z.1R. FREENY: -- from lIeadgate Dam.

MR. BRANTINGHN4: Okay, how much higher are

we going to see the River --

PRESIDING OFFICER: Can you hear back there?

II VOICE: No, no we can't.

MR. FP~ENY: Okay. Twenty-eight thousand

(28,000) would be about two (2) feet higher five (5) miles

upstream of Headgate Rock Dam.

HR. BRANTINGHNl: Okay. How much higher would

we look at the River, oh, well -- no. Let's look at the

Hoonridge area which I would guess is ten (10) miles upriver.

MR. FREENY: We're talking in the neighborhood

of three (3) feet at twenty-eight thousand (28,000) at that

point.

MR. BRANTINGHAM: So we're really talking at

twenty-eight thousand (28,000) two (2) to three (3) feet. If
