The reccrd at Towaoc must be utilized to ubtain

storable flow for the years whon record at Mancos is lacking.

The annual runoff ct Tow~oc be~rs no consistent relation

to runoff at Mancos. Vsrying quantities of inflow between the

stations appear at different sepsons. During the late irrigation

season, Mbncos runoff with diversions added may be eith~r more

or less than runoff at Towaoc. The most uniform relation is that

between runoff at Mnncos for April, M~y and June, and runoff fur

the same Months at Towaoe. Most of the water is then coming

from above !lancos, and the greater .art of the storable flow is

then available.

Water storable at Weber Reservoir, as wall as runoff at

Mancos, also bears a consistent relation to runoff ~t Towaoc

during April, May and June for the periods 1921-24 and 1932-37.

For tho ye~rs 1925-31 the annu~l flows storable have been estimated

from the relation for the other periods.

17

2~2~
