again at night. The release pattern shall be constrained by flows
at Jensen, whereby instantaneous flows at Jensen shall deviate not
more than 12.5 percent above or 12.5 percent below the daily
average flow on the Green River at Jensen. Releases may go outside
of these guidelines, if emergency or severe power marking
circumstances exist. The daily average release will be 1900 cfs
during this period. Instantaneous releases will generally be
between 1400 cfs and 2700 cfs, although these values could change
depending Yampa River flows. Ramping shall generally occur at
rates not greater than 25 MW (800 cfs) per hour.

Open forum discussions on Flaming Gorge operations have been taking
place at meetings of the "Flaming Gorge Working Group". A Working
Group meeting was held October 23 in Vernal, UT. The next Working
Group meeting is scheduled for ~anuary 9 at 11 ~m in He?pr, UT.
For more information on the Working Group, contact Ed Vidmar at
801-379-1000.

ASPINALL - October unregulated inflow into Blue Mesa was 43,700
acre-feet or about 121 percent of average.

Current inflow into Blue Mesa is about 750 cfs. Releases from Crystal Dam are about 1,300 cfs, leaving
approximately the same flow in the river.

With a wetter than expected month of October, reservoir inflows
were higher than expected resulting in system releases not being
cut back with the Gunnison Tunnel reductions. During the month of October several storm
systems moved across the basin leaving much needed moisture. As of
November 12, the basin's snowpack is ranging from 130 - 145 percent
of average.

Currently releases from Navajo are 300 cfs.
